Gallery artist Molly Hill travels to China this month. She is touring the sites of Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and other cities with the intent of drawing artistic inspiration from her surroundings. Hill attributes much of the subject matter in her paintings to the people and culture of China, and hopes to gain a broader understanding of their traditions for her upcoming J Crist Gallery exhibition, China Daydreams. Her show will run from December 1st through December 22nd.
